采用红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率与红细胞免疫复合物花环率试验,测定了48例肺炎患儿的红细胞免疫功能。结果表明:患儿红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率与红细胞免疫复合物花环率均较健康儿下降,差别有高度显著性(P<0.01)。
The erythrocyte immune function of 48 children with pneumonia was measured by the rate of rosette of erythrocyte C_ (3b) receptor and erythrocyte immune complex. The results showed that the erythrocyte C_ (3b) receptor rosette rate and erythrocyte immune complex rosette rate were significantly lower than those in healthy children (P <0.01).
