劉修業先生是王有三(重民)先生的夫人。白化文與她本不相識,因爲白化文寫了一篇有關王先生學術的文章,引起劉先生的注意,給白化文寫信。此後通信多封。現將其中三封刊佈,藉以紀念兩位先生。1986年4月3日信:白化文同志:近顏廷亮寄來《敦煌語言文學研究通訊》十一期三册,中發表大著《王有三(重民)先生的敦煌遺書研究工作》。此文對重民的評價至爲恰當,拜讀後,至爲銘感!
Mr. Liu Xiuye is the wife of Mr. Wang You-san. Bai Wenwen did not know her because Bai Wenwen wrote an article about Mr. Wang’s academic work, aroused the attention of Mr. Liu and wrote a letter to Baihua Wen. After more than communication. Three of them are now published to commemorate the two gentlemen.
