自从软性角膜接触镜问世30多年来,以其佩戴舒适和方便,良好的光学性及透气性而被广泛应用。在佩戴过程中可产生一些不良反应,现将4年来在我院眼科门诊发现的佩戴软性角膜接触镜产生不良反应46例报告如下。1 临床资料 病人男27例,女19例,年龄17岁—41岁。都因佩戴软性角膜接触镜而出现一些临床症状到我院眼科门诊就诊。症状有眼红、眼痛、干燥感、异物感、畏光、分泌物增多、雾视等。我们对46例病人92只眼及98片软性角膜接触镜进行裂隙灯检查,包括角膜
