目的在3种不同吸收材料的表面用10%高效氯氟氰菊酯进行5种剂量的喷洒,观察对中华按蚊的滞留效果。方法采用GB/T 13917.1-2009农药登记卫生用杀虫剂的室内药效试验及评价方法,用强迫接触器做滞留喷洒的室内药效测定。结果 25 mg/m~2、50 mg/m~2、75 mg/m~2、100 mg/m~2、125 mg/m~2玻璃药板面存放120d,杀虫效果均为100.0%;25 mg/m~2、50 mg/m~2、75 mg/m~2、100 mg/m~2、125 mg/m~2漆木药板面存放120d,杀虫效果为<70.0%、76.8%、85.7%、93.8%、100.0%;25 mg/m~2、50 mg/m~2、75 mg/m~2、100 mg/m~2、125 mg/m~2水泥药板面存放120d,杀虫效果均<70.0%。结论在疟疾疫点周围进行一次杀虫剂滞留喷洒灭蚊时,不吸收材料喷洒剂量应不少于25 mg/m~2;半吸收材料喷洒剂量不少于50 mg/m~2;吸收材料喷洒剂量大于125 mg/m~2,就有可能在整个疟疾流行季节对媒介按蚊起到防制作用。
OBJECTIVE To spray 5 different doses of 10% lambda-cyhalothrin on the surface of three different absorbent materials to observe the retention effect on Anopheles sinensis. Methods Indoor efficacy test and evaluation method of pesticide for pesticide registration with pesticide GB / T 13917.1-2009 were adopted, and indoor efficacy test was carried out by force contactor. Conclusions When insecticide retention spraying mosquito control is carried out around the malaria epidemic point, the spraying dose of non-absorbed material shall not be less than 25 mg / m 2; the spraying dose of semi-absorbent material is not less than 50 mg / m 2; Spray doses greater than 125 mg / m ~ 2 have the potential to prevent Anopheles vectors throughout the malaria season.
