合江县医院1985年1～4月收治流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)146例,其中妊娠期患本病者6例,占4.1%。例1:21岁,发热、头痛1天,呕吐及不省人事5小时。体温39℃,皮肤有出血点、瘀斑。脑脊液乳黄浑浊,白细胞18.4×10~9/L,中性92%,淋巴8%,糖<0.1g/L,革兰氏阴性双球菌(+)。系第一胎,孕4~+月。诊断:流脑脑膜脑炎型,孕4~+月。病后半年顺产一女婴,至今健在。
