目的:评价骨架扩散型芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗中重度癌痛的治疗效果。方法:由专业医护人员对100例中重度癌痛患者应用骨架扩散型芬太尼透皮贴剂在家中实施镇痛治疗,通过回访了解疼痛缓解程度和生活质量评分。结果:骨架扩散型芬太尼透皮贴剂可有效减轻癌痛患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS),明显提高生活质量(P<0.01)。结论:骨架扩散型芬太尼透皮贴剂是一种方便、疗效确定的镇痛药,适宜中重度癌痛患者长期使用。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of transdermal fentanyl transdermal patch in the treatment of moderate-severe cancer pain. Methods: 100 cases of moderate-to-severe cancer patients were treated by analgesic therapy by professional medical staff in the home with diffusion-type fentanyl transdermal patch. The pain relief and quality of life scores were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Skeletal diffusion-type fentanyl transdermal patch can effectively reduce the visual analogue scale (VAS) of patients with cancer pain and significantly improve the quality of life (P <0.01). Conclusion: The transdermal fenestrated fentanyl transdermal patch is a convenient and curative analgesic for long-term use in patients with moderate-severe cancer.
