用微处理机控制的恒电位仪监测软钢在稀硫酸溶液中的腐蚀。用三种方法计算腐蚀速度和塔菲尔斜速(Tafel Slopes),并将总腐蚀电流与失重进行比较。靠近腐蚀电位处的极化数据的计算机拟合法是最可靠的计算方法。这样测定的腐蚀速度与失重是十分吻合的。软钢端面和侧面虽然塔菲尔斜率是相同的(ba=76毫伏,bc=700毫伏),但是前者的腐蚀速度大于后者。
Microprocessor controlled potentiostat to monitor mild steel corrosion in dilute sulfuric acid solution. Corrosion rates and Tafel Slopes were calculated in three ways and the total corrosion current was compared to the weight loss. The computer-fitted method near the corrosive potential polarization data is the most reliable method of calculation. The corrosion rate thus measured is in good agreement with the weight loss. Although the Tafel slope is the same for the mild steel ends and sides (ba = 76 mV, bc = 700 mV), the corrosion rate of the former is greater than that of the latter.
