一、德国职业学院的基本情况职业学院是政府与企业合作举办的借鉴“双元制”教育模式的高等教育学校。职业学院与通常所说的“双元制”教育模式有很大的区别。后者是招收初中毕业生为企业培养技术工人;而职业学院是招收文理高中毕业生或同等学历者,为企业培养具有实践经验的高级专门人才,及中高级管理人员。职业学院
