2014建筑工业化大事件半年记2014年2月10日,住建部批准《装配式混凝土结构技术规程》为行业标准,自同年10月1日起实施。2014年3月17日,中共中央、国务院印发《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020年)》,提及大力发展绿色建材,强力推进建筑工业化。并将“积极推进建筑工业化、标准化,提高住宅工业化比例”作为重点之一。2014年5月15日,住房和城乡建设部向合肥市、北京市、绍兴市授予国家住宅产业现代化综合试点城市。
2014 Building Industry Events Half a Year Note On February 10, 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development approved the Technical Code for Assembled Concrete Structures as the industry standard and implemented it on October 1 of the same year. On March 17, 2014, the CPC Central Committee and State Council printed and distributed the “National New Urbanization Plan (2014-2020)”, referring to the vigorous development of green building materials and strong promotion of building industrialization. And “actively promote the construction of industrialization and standardization, increase the proportion of residential industrialization” as one of the priorities. On May 15, 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development granted Hefei, Beijing and Shaoxing municipalities a comprehensive experimental city for the modernization of housing industry.
