自主创新是我国大型国企履行使命的保证。但是,不少大型国企自主创新的态度消极和能力不足。而人才管理则是促进自主创新的有效微观机制,包括:多才规划、灵活招聘、立体开发体系、系统化绩效管理、全面激励管理、和谐的企业氛围等。同时,大型国企应该关注内外部环境的变化、加强制度建设和重视宣传引导。
Independent innovation is the guarantee for fulfilling the mission of the large state-owned enterprises in our country. However, many large state-owned enterprises lack the attitude of independent innovation and lack of capacity. Talent management is an effective micro-mechanism to promote independent innovation, including: multi-talent planning, flexible recruitment, three-dimensional development system, systematic performance management, comprehensive incentive management, and harmonious corporate climate. At the same time, large state-owned enterprises should pay attention to the changes of the internal and external environment, strengthen system construction and attach importance to publicity and guidance.
