Lulian ceilings are widely used in the construction of villages and towns because they are locally sourced, inexpensive, and easy to operate. According to the traditional construction methods, the reed curtains were laid horizontally under concrete rakes, and then 35 mm×20 mm wood bead was pressed against the reed curtains and tied with a 12-gauge wire and a concrete purlin at a distance of 400-500 mm. Finally, the backhand ash was wiped. However, the time is not long. Due to the very thin layer of plaster under the wood strips, a large number of vertical cracks of different thicknesses are produced, which seriously affects the appearance and function. Through repeated practice, I have worked out a new method for construction of suspended ceilings.
