将计算机嵌入式系统成功应用到高强钢板的焊接程中,通过控制焊接工艺参数,研究了机械振动振幅、振动频率对HQ100钢GMAW焊接接头力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着振动振幅的增加,焊接接头的抗拉强度、伸长率、断面收缩率和冲击功都表现为先增加而后减小,在振幅为0.04 mm时取得最大值;随着振动频率的增加,焊接接头的抗拉强度、伸长率、断面收缩率和冲击功逐渐降低,且只有在振动频率为20 Hz时焊缝的冲击韧性有所改善。
The computer embedded system was successfully applied to the welding process of high strength steel. The influence of mechanical vibration amplitude and vibration frequency on the mechanical properties of HQ100 steel GMAW welded joints was studied by controlling the welding process parameters. The results show that with the increase of vibration amplitude, the tensile strength, elongation, reduction of area and impact energy of welded joints both increase at first and then decrease, and reach the maximum value at the amplitude of 0.04 mm. With the increase of vibrational frequency , The tensile strength, elongation, reduction of area and impact energy of the welded joint gradually decrease, and the impact toughness of the weld is improved only when the vibration frequency is 20 Hz.
