首次报道新显色剂间乙酰基氯磺酚的合成方法。研究了试剂与铌的显色反应。在1.8~3.0mol/l HCl 介质中,铌与试剂形成蓝色的络合物。在635nm 处有最大的吸收峰,摩尔吸光率为3.35×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。在0~60微克铌/50ml 范围内符合比耳定律。大多数金属离子不干扰测定。用于钢中微量铌的直接测定,获得了满意的结果。
For the first time reported a new color reagent acetylchosulfate synthesis method. The color reaction of reagent with niobium was studied. In a 1.8 to 3.0 mol / l HCl medium, niobium forms a blue complex with the reagent. The maximum absorption peak at 635nm showed a molar absorptivity of 3.35 × 10 ~ 4l · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). Beer’s law is in the range of 0-60 μg niobium / 50 ml. Most metal ions do not interfere with the assay. For the direct determination of trace niobium in steel, satisfactory results were obtained.
