使用正交试验设计方法,将壳聚糖、维生素C、维生素E和鱼油添加到基础饲料中制成免疫饵料,以基础饲料为对照,饲喂半滑舌鳎(平均体质量40.9g)。研究半滑舌鳎血清溶菌酶活性,白细胞吞噬活性和免疫器官(脾)指数,探讨壳聚糖作为饲料添加剂的可行性及适宜剂量。结果表明:添加2%壳聚糖能有效提高半滑舌鳎血清溶菌酶活性和吞噬活性。从正交试验的结果及降低成本来考虑,试验各影响因素较好添加剂量为,维生素C100mg/kg、壳聚糖20、维生素E1和鱼油20g/kg。
Orthogonal design method was used to add chitosan, vitamin C, vitamin E and fish oil to the basic feed to make immune bait. The basal diet was used as control, and the half smooth tongue prawn (average body weight 40.9 g) was fed. To study the serum lysozyme activity, phagocytic activity of leukocytes and index of immune organs (spleen) in the soleus semilaevisiatus, and to explore the feasibility and appropriate dosage of chitosan as a feed additive. The results showed that the addition of 2% chitosan could effectively increase the activity of lysozyme and phagocytic activity of the smooth muscle of the tongue. From the orthogonal test results and reduce costs to consider the test factors are better to add the dose of vitamin C100mg / kg, chitosan 20, vitamin E1 and fish oil 20g / kg.
