目的了解惠州市集中空调通风系统的卫生状况。方法依据卫生部《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》要求对惠州市27家宾馆、酒店、商场的空调通风系统进行卫生监测和评价。结果共采集空调通风系统送风中空气样本270份,细菌总数合格212份,合格率为78.5%;真菌总数合格191份,合格率为70.7%;β-溶血性链球菌均未检出。风管表面积尘量监测合格率为67.4(182/270)。共采集风管表面微生物检测样本270份,细菌总数合格193份,合格率为71.5%;真菌总数合格190份,合格率为70.4%;β-溶血性链球菌均未检出。空调通风系统冷却水嗜肺军团菌检出率为48.7%(19/39)。结论惠州市集中空调通风系统存在卫生隐患,今后应加强卫生监督监测,指导并督促公共场所经营单位按照相关卫生要求定期对空调进行清洗消毒,提高公共场所卫生质量。
Objective To understand the health status of central air conditioning and ventilation system in Huizhou City. Methods According to the Ministry of Public Health “public places central air-conditioning ventilation system health norms” on the Huizhou City, 27 hotels, hotels, shopping malls air conditioning and ventilation systems for health monitoring and evaluation. Results A total of 270 air samples were collected from the air conditioning and ventilation system. The total number of bacteria was 212 and the pass rate was 78.5%. The total number of fungi was 191 and the pass rate was 70.7%. No β-hemolytic streptococcus was detected. Air duct surface dust monitoring rate of 67.4 (182/270). A total of 270 samples of microorganisms on the surface of the air duct were collected. The total number of bacteria was 193 and the pass rate was 71.5%. The total number of fungi was 190 and the pass rate was 70.4%. No β-hemolytic streptococcus was detected. The detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in air conditioning and ventilation system was 48.7% (19/39). Conclusion There is a health hazard in central air conditioning and ventilation system in Huizhou City. In the future, health supervision and monitoring should be strengthened to guide and urge public management units to regularly clean and disinfect air conditioners in accordance with relevant health requirements and improve the hygiene quality in public places.
