目的通过调查宁夏猪暴露人群和猪群感染猪流感病毒的感染现况,为人感染猪流感病毒的防控提供科学依据。方法采用现况调查,利用多阶段抽样方法,收集屠宰场、规模养殖厂和散养户猪暴露人群的血清标本和猪鼻拭子标本;采用血凝抑制试验(HI),检测猪暴露人群感染猪流感病毒的抗体水平;利用real-time PCR的方法,对猪鼻拭子标本进行核酸检测。结果调查了猪暴露人群392名,血清标本未检出H1、H3亚型猪流感病毒抗体阳性标本;检测了408份猪鼻拭子标本,甲型通用猪流感核酸阳性感染率为15.69%(64/408),其中H1亚型阳性感染率为7.35%(30/408),H3、H4和H9亚型阳性检出率均为0。结论该区猪群中H1亚型猪流感病毒感染率相对较高,猪暴露人群中未发现人感染猪流感病毒的病例。
Objective To investigate the status of swine influenza virus infection in swine exposed pigs and herds and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of human swine influenza virus infection. Methods Using the current situation survey, the serum samples and swine nasal swab specimens from slaughterhouse, large-scale breeding factory and free-range porcine were collected by multistage sampling method. The hemagglutination inhibition (HI) Antibody level of influenza virus; using real-time PCR method, nucleic acid detection of swine nasal swab specimens. Results A total of 392 pigs were enrolled in the study. Swine influenza virus antibody positive samples were not detected in the serum specimens. A total of 408 swine nasal swab samples were tested, and the positive rate of positive for swine influenza A was 15.69% (64 / 408). The positive rate of H1 subtype infection was 7.35% (30/408). The positive rates of H3, H4 and H9 subtypes were all 0. Conclusion The swine influenza H1 subtype swine influenza virus infection rate is relatively high in this swine herd, and no case of human infection with swine influenza virus was found in pig exposed population.
