今年是改革开放30周年。30年来,中国经济社会发生了波澜壮阔的巨大变革,也极大地推动了基础教育的改革与发展。回顾与反思,有助于教育前行的方向更明确,脚步更坚定。本刊特约北京一中原校长王晋堂撰文,他作为30年基础教育改革的亲历者和参与者,从一位基层教育管理者的视角,梳理30年基础教育改革发展的轮廓和脉络。文章中对一些教育政策和现象的分析思考,主要以北京市为例。即便只是一家之言,读来也颇耐人寻味;即便主要以一个地区教育改革发展为分析对象,也具有一定的普遍意义。
This year is the 30th anniversary of the reform and opening up. In the past 30 years, great changes have taken place in China’s economy and society, which have greatly promoted the reform and development of basic education. Retrospection and reflection, help to educate the direction of the more clear, the pace is more firm. In his special edition, Wang Jintang, the principal of Beijing Central Plains University, wrote an article entitled “The Witness and Participant of 30 Years of Basic Education Reform”. From the perspective of a grassroots education manager, he combs the outline and context of 30 years of basic education reform and development. The paper analyzes some education policies and phenomena, mainly taking Beijing as an example. Even if it is only one of the words, it is quite intriguing to read it. Even if it is mainly based on the analysis of a regional educational reform, it has its own universal significance.
