钱沣:书品人品高度合一钱沣(1740-1795),字东注,号南园,云南昆明人。乾隆三十六年(1771年)进士。历任江南道监察御史、通政司副使、湖南学政等。钱沣刚正不阿,上任不久即弹劾陕甘总督毕沅贪污之事,不久又弹劾乾隆帝宠臣和坤党羽、山东巡抚国泰贪污府库银,国泰终于伏法,钱沣直声震天下,有“鸣凤朝阳”之誉。在两任湖南学政六年期间,钱沣徜徉于湖南山川地理、历史文化之间,敬佩屈原、贾谊上下求索的爱国情怀,而其对湖南人才的培养影响甚大,左宗棠评论说:“至今以忠义传,以武功著者,溯其先世,
