心脏收缩时间间期(Systolic TimeIntervals简称:STI)是冠心病等心脏疾患的一种重要的非创伤性检查方法之一,又可作为评价各种治疗方法的指示。此外,在实验研究中也有重要意义。因此,在临床和实验研究中其应用日益广泛。对于正常人STI的测定,国内外已有报道,但是对测定动物STI的资料不多,其正常值亦缺乏很好统计。故本文测定了55例健康家兔正常状态STI与临床意义较大的几个主要指标,并对各指标与心率、性别间的相互关系进行了初步分析,以供实验研究时参考。
Systolic Time Intervals (STI) is an important noninvasive test for heart disease such as coronary heart disease and can be used as an indicator of various treatments. In addition, it is of great significance in experimental research. Therefore, its application in clinical and experimental research is increasingly widespread. For the normal determination of STI, both at home and abroad have been reported, but little information on the determination of animal STI, the normal value of the lack of good statistics. Therefore, we measured the STI of 55 normal healthy rabbits and their clinical significance, and analyzed the relationship between each index and heart rate and gender for the reference of experimental study.
