在中国特色社会主义社会中,治安问题具有重要的地位。加强社会治安问题的研究与探索,完善社会治安治理机制,是稳定社会,促进发展,保障民生的重要举措。主要通过研究汉代乡里治安制度与措施,从中发现一些发现其与现代治安的一些联系,也希望通过对汉代治安的研究可以得到一些对现代治安的启示。
In the socialism with Chinese characteristics, the issue of law and order plays an important role. Strengthening research and exploration on social security issues and perfecting social security governance mechanisms are important measures to stabilize society, promote development and protect people’s livelihood. Through studying the system and measure of law and order in the Han Dynasty, I found some relations between it and modern law and order. I also hope that I can get some enlightenment to the modern law and order by studying the law and order of the Han Dynasty.
