对于丁淑贞,《中国护理管理》杂志的读者并不陌生。2005年8月,全国护理工作会议在大连市召开,会上介绍了大连医科大学附属第一医院实施护理部垂直管理的经验。本刊记者在会场对丁主任进行了采访,并在《中国护理管理》2005年第6期上,刊登了访谈文章《适应新的机制提高管理水平—访大连医科大学附属第一医院护理部主任丁淑贞》。时隔两年之后,在北京人民大会堂第41届南丁格尔奖颁奖大会上,我们再次见到了前来领奖的丁主任。更让我们感到吃惊的是,得知她竟然是一位癌症患者。让我们走近这位无私奉献,给无数患者带来健康和希望的“南丁格尔”。
For Ding Shuzhen, “China Nursing Management” magazine is no stranger to readers. In August 2005, the National Nursing Conference was held in Dalian. At the meeting, the first hospital affiliated to Dalian Medical University was introduced to implement the vertical management of nursing department. Interviewee Ding interviewed at the conference site and published an interview article on “China Nursing Management” 2005 6 “Adapting to new mechanisms and improving management level - Interview with Director of Nursing Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University Ding Shuzhen. ” Two years later, at the 41st Nightingale Awards in the Great Hall of the People, we met again with Director Ding. Even more surprising to us was that she was actually a cancer patient. Let us approach the “Nightingale”, a selfless dedication that brings health and hope to innumerable patients.
