给动物输注 PGE_1(平均剂量0.146微克/公斤/分钟)时可使平均动脉压和肺动脉压显著下降。
Fifty years ago, Euler (1935) first studied the biological effects of prostaglandin (PG) preparations. In 1959 Bergstr (?) M first reported the cardiovascular effects of exogenous prostaglandin E_1 (PGE_1) on the human body. Now on its cardiovascular effects for a brief introduction. Impact on Blood Pressure PGE_1 is a potent vasodilator that relaxes most vascular beds and reduces peripheral vascular resistance and blood pressure. Infusion of PGE 1 into animals (mean dose 0.146 μg / kg / min) resulted in a significant decrease in mean arterial pressure and pulmonary arterial pressure. Healthy men in the infusion of 0.2 ~ 0.7 micrograms / kg PGE_14 ~ 10 minutes average blood pressure decreased 24 ~ 10 mm Hg,
