通过使用不同化学成分的焊丝,研究了合金元素对8090铝锂合金焊缝凝固组织形态的影响;采用横向变拘束裂纹试验,探讨了焊缝凝固组织形态变化对改善焊缝热裂倾向的作用机制.结果表明,镁、锂、锆和铈等合金元素能够明显细化焊缝凝固组织,并降低8090铝锂合金焊缝形成热裂纹的敏感性。
The effect of alloying elements on the solidification microstructure of 8090 Al-Li alloy weld was studied by using different chemical composition welding wire. The transverse variation restraint crack test was used to study the mechanism of the weld microstructure change on improving the hot cracking tendency of the weld . The results show that alloying elements such as magnesium, lithium, zirconium and cerium can remarkably refine the solidified microstructure of the weld and reduce the susceptibility to the formation of hot cracks in the weld of 8090 Al-Li alloy.
