目的:探讨孕期接触植物雌激素白藜芦醇(resveratrol,RES)对大鼠胚胎发育的影响。方法:SD大鼠(每组8只)妊娠第9~15天灌胃RES,分为对照组(蒸馏水),RES不同剂量(5、15、45 mg/kg)组。于妊娠第20天测量胎鼠身长、尾长和胎盘、脏器重量,统计每窝平均胎数、活胎数、死胎数及吸收胎数,称重胎鼠的脑、睾丸、肝脏、心脏,测定孕鼠胎盘组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量进行比较。结果:与对照组比较,RES各剂量组胎鼠各生理发育指标及胎盘组织中SOD活力、MDA含量差异均无统计学意义(P>30.05)。结论:该实验设计的剂量范围下,RES的雌激素样作用对胎鼠的发育无不良影响,孕期食用白藜芦醇及其制剂是相对安全的。
Objective: To investigate the effects of gestational exposure to plant estrogen resveratrol (RES) on embryonic development in rats. METHODS: SD rats (8 rats in each group) were intragastrically infused with RES on days 9-15 of gestation, and were divided into control group (distilled water) and RES groups (5,15 and 45 mg / kg). On the 20th day of pregnancy, the fetal rat’s length, tail length and placenta, organ weight, statistical average litter size per litter, number of live fetuses, stillbirths and number of absorbed fetuses were measured. The brain, testis, liver, The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the placenta of pregnant rats were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in the physiological indicators of fetal rats and the activities of SOD and MDA in placenta between RES groups (P> 30.05). CONCLUSION: The estrogen-like effect of RES has no adverse effect on the development of fetal rats under the dose range designed in this experiment. Resveratrol and its preparations consumed during pregnancy are relatively safe.
