住宅装修管理已经成为上海市物业管理的一大难点。1997年7月1日《上海市居住物业管理条例》(简称《条例》)出台后,市房地局又于2001年12月25日颁发了《关于进一步加强本市居住物业装修管理的通知》(简称《通知》),但由于管理性质的混淆与管理职能的交叉。原有的弊端并未克服,本市装修管理的缺陷依然存在。该文如有不当之处,诚望业内行家指正。
