党的十七届六中全会提出了深化文化体制改革,推动社会主义文化大发展,大繁荣的重要战略任务。企业文化建设是社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分。作为农村金融的主力军——农村信用社,随着业务的迅猛发展和改革的持续深化,其企业文化将会沿着怎样的轨迹前进?为此,本刊“企业文化”栏目推出“文化你我谈”子栏目,期望大家对于企业文化建设中的诸多理论与实践问题展开探索与争鸣。本期所选三篇文章,作者均提出了一些令人深思的问题:一是针对当前金融企业存在的伪文化现象,如何正本清源,去伪存真;二是企业文化建设如何与儒家传统文化结合起来;三是探讨了雷锋精神如何在与时俱进中发展成为金融企业文化的重要基因。期望这些探索能给读者带来启发和思考。
