农村基层干部工作千头万绪,非常辛苦,是农村工作中的主心骨和带领农民群众奔小康的带头人。应当肯定,绝大部分村干部,勤奋工作,乐于奉献,虽然待遇不高,却始终尽职尽责,坚守岗位,服务群众,他们是落实党的农村政策的实践者,也是未来新农村的奠基者。但在少数村干部身上,确实因为社会转型期的多种原因,出现了一些消极的因素,从而导致其工作作风的蜕变,在群众中造成了负面影响。尽管这只是少数人的问题,但它在一些地方的存在,必然会影响到农村的工作,应当引起重视。
The work of grassroots cadres in rural areas has a multitude of tasks and is very laborious. It is the backbone of the rural work and the leader who leads the peasant masses to run well. It should be affirmed that the vast majority of village cadres work diligently and dedication. Although their treatment is not high, they have always done their due diligence, held positions and served the masses. They are the practitioners of implementing the party’s rural policy and the founders of the new countryside in the future. However, cadres in a few villages did have some negative factors due to various reasons during the period of social transition, which led to the transformation of their work style and caused negative effects among the people. Although this is only a minority issue, its existence in some places will inevitably affect the work in rural areas and deserve our attention.
