目的探讨高频超声在小儿小肠套叠诊断及超声监视下水压灌肠复位中的应用价值。方法应用高频超声对32例小肠套叠进行检查,测量包块大小及套叠鞘部的长度。27例在高频B超引导下进行生理盐水灌肠复位。结果 32例小儿小肠套叠中,肠套叠包块最大外径23mm(均值16mm),套叠鞘部最大长度15 mm(均值12mm)。实行灌肠复位患儿全部获得成功。结论高频超声显像可基本明确小儿小肠套叠的诊断,并可在超声引导下行水压灌肠复位治疗。
Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of pediatric intussusception and the reduction of hydraulic enema under ultrasonic monitoring. Methods 32 cases of small intestine intussusception were examined by high frequency ultrasound. The size of the mass and the length of the sheath sheath were measured. 27 cases of high-frequency B-guided saline enema reduction. Results The maximum diameter of intestine intussusception was 23 mm (mean 16 mm) in 32 cases of pediatric intussusception and the maximum length of sheath was 15 mm (mean 12 mm). The implementation of enema reduction in children were all successful. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound imaging can basically confirm the diagnosis of pediatric intussusception, and can be treated with ultrasound-guided hydrostatic enema reduction.
