The 18th alternate member of the Central Committee Huang Lixin has become the candidate for Jiangsu province executive vice governor.
Huang Lixin started career at the age of 20 in flood control and drought control headquarters. Since then， she had been worked in Jiangsu province water conservancy system. In 2000， she was promoted to director of provincial water resources bureau. At the age of 38 years old， she became main hall class cadres.
