引 言 在熔模铸造生产中,采用裸壳焙烧浇注工艺时,对模壳质量的要求更高更严格。否则,将会导致大量铸造缺陷产生。例如分层结疤、凸壳变形、皮下气孔砂孔、跑火、浇不足等等。所以,铸件质量的优劣,在很大程度上,不仅取决于制壳原材料、操作方法与其工艺参数,而且也同蜡模的组装工艺方法和浇注系统设置有着极为密切而又不可忽视的关系,同时,在广泛地应用标准浇注系统的情况下,如何采用正确的组装工艺方法和浇注系统设置,也是生产中获得最佳技术经济效益最重要的途径之一。当然,这种工艺方法也要求生产计划管理的作法上有相应的调整。而且也会给装配、清理等工序带来一定的麻烦。
