Ocular manifestations of Waldenstr(o)m\'s macroglobulinemia have been described in association with the conjunctiva,cornea,uvea,retina,and periocular adnexa.Only rarely have retinal findings,particularly retinal detachments,been described in the presence of monoclonal hypergammaglobulinemias.This report presents a case of retinal detachment in the presence of Waldenstr(o)m\'s macroglobulinemia after being treated with Chinese medicine.
