非公有制经济的地位和贡献决定了非公企业党建是基层党组织建设的重要组成部分,但非公有制企业的特殊性质又使之成为相对薄弱的领域,有效性不足是其突出问题。成都在非公企业党的建设有效性方面的总体情况是问题与机遇并存。下一步着力提高非公企业党建有效性,需注意把握党组织组建数量和质量、党组织开展工作与尊重非公企业特殊性、服务企业与加强党的自身建设之间的关系。
The status and contribution of the non-public economy determines that non-public enterprise party building is an important part of the construction of grass-roots party organizations. However, the special nature of non-public ownership enterprises makes it a relatively weak area. The lack of effectiveness is the outstanding issue. The general situation of Chengdu in terms of the effectiveness of non-public enterprise party building is the coexistence of problems and opportunities. The next step is to improve the effectiveness of the party building of non-state-owned enterprises. Attention should be paid to grasping the relationship between the quantity and quality of the party organizations, the work of the party organizations and respect for the particularities of the non-public enterprises, the service enterprises, and the strengthening of the party’s self-construction.
