江泽民同志指出,搞好国有企业的改革和发展,是今年经济工作的重中之重。全面推进国有企业的改革和发展,是一个非闯不可、也绕不过去的关口。打好这场攻坚战,不仅关系到国有企业改革的成败,也关系到整个经济体制改革的成败。如何进一步深化国有企业的改革?这是一个摆在全党和全国人民面前的重要课题。对于这个课题,理论学术界近年来进行了不同角度的研究,并提出了不少有益的观点,现述要如下。
