金河林业局生态功能区全部纳入天保工程二期实施范围,实行分类经营,由天然林采伐为主向天然林培育为主转变,进行后备资源培育,坚持人工更新造林和森林改造培育相结合的方针;严把质量关,做好人工更新造林的设计;坚持合理的采伐,采伐要为更新创造条件,做到更新跟上采伐,要因地制宜确定采伐方式;更新要注重生态系统的保护;适应新形势,加速我局经济转型。
