随着齿轮应用技术的发展,对齿轮精度提出了更高的要求,以实现齿轮传动高转速、高功率、低噪声和高传动精度的目标。采用滚刀加工齿轮的过程中,若忽略刀具的几何形状误差,滚刀安装误差就成为影响齿轮平稳性精度的主要因素之一。从滚刀安装误差出发,分析了滚刀安装误差对齿轮精度的影响,并依据范成法加工齿轮的原理,分别建立齿轮坐标系和刀具坐标系,利用坐标变换的方法推导出齿轮的齿廓方程,为齿轮三维参数化精确建模提供了设计基础。
With the development of gear application technology, the gear accuracy is put forward higher requirements, in order to achieve the goal of gear transmission high speed, high power, low noise and high transmission accuracy. In the process of hobbing gear, if the error of tool geometry is neglected, hob installation error becomes one of the main factors affecting the accuracy of gear smoothness. Based on the error of hob installation, the influence of hob installation error on gear precision is analyzed. According to the principle of Fan Cheng method, the gear coordinate system and tool coordinate system are respectively established. The gear tooth profile equation is derived by coordinate transformation method. It provides the design basis for precise parametric modeling of gears.
