由国际昆虫学会和中国昆虫学会主办的“第19届国际昆虫学大会”于1992年6月28日至7月4日在我国北京亚运村举行。我院昆虫学副教授袁荣兰、青年讲师吴鸿出席了大会,并分别向大会提交了题为Studies on the resistance of the masson pine caterpillar to insecticids和Primary discussion on the insect fauna in Mt.Tianmu,east China的学术论文。这是首次在第三世界国家举行昆虫学大会,也是我国主办的规模最大的国际学术会议。参加大会的共有74个国家和地区的3412位代表。
The 19th International Entomology Conference, hosted by the International Society for Entomology and the Chinese Entomological Society, was held in the Asian Games Village, Beijing, China, from June 28 to July 4, 1992. Yuan Ronglan, an associate professor of entomology in our hospital, and Wu Hong, a young lecturer, attended the conference and submitted academic papers entitled Studies on the resistance of the masson pine caterpillar to insecticids and the primary discussion on the insect fauna in Mt. Tianmu, east China respectively paper. This is the first time that entomological conferences are held in third world countries and the largest international academic conference hosted by our country. 3412 delegates from 74 countries and regions attended the conference.
