本文对曲柄导管式制冷压缩机的气缸与活塞以及滑块与导管之间的受力进行了分析,然后推出气缸和活塞各点所受的瞬时侧压力公式。根据运动件之间的磨损值与它们的相对速度、压力大小、以及作用时间的长短成正比关系,建立了气缸(活塞)各点的相对磨损值公式,绘制气缸和活塞的相对磨损图。同时提出以气缸两侧等量磨损的角来度确定曲轴中心偏离气缸中心线的距离。
This paper analyzes the force between the cylinder and the piston of the crank-pipe refrigerant compressor and between the slider and the guide tube, and then puts forward the instantaneous side pressure formula at each point of the cylinder and the piston. According to the relationship between the wear value of moving parts and their relative speed, pressure and the duration of action, the relative wear value formula of each point of the cylinder (piston) is established and the relative wear diagram of the cylinder and piston is plotted. At the same time, it is proposed to determine the distance from the centerline of the cylinder to the center of the crankshaft with the same amount of wear angle on both sides of the cylinder.
