目的探讨有关国际食品安全危险性信息交流策略的可行性,提出建立中国食品安全危险性信息交流的思考模式。方法以资料分析为主的描述性对比。结果由于危险性信息交流在食品安全实际工作中存在种种误区,使之常常没有发挥应有的强大作用。就危险性信息交流的一般策略、食品安全紧急(突发)事件期间的危险性信息交流策略进行了归纳总结。结论建立科学有效的食品安全危险性信息交流系统应转变传统模式,将之纳入危险性分析整体框架中;注重公开、民主、多向的信息交流。
Objective To explore the feasibility of international information exchange on food safety risk and to put forward the thinking mode of information exchange on dangerous food safety in China. Method Descriptive comparison based on data analysis. As a result of the communication of dangerous information in the actual work of food safety there are all kinds of errors, so often do not play its due role. The general strategies for the exchange of dangerous information and the risk communication strategies during the emergency (emergency) of food safety are summarized. Conclusion The establishment of a scientific and effective food safety risk information exchange system should change the traditional model and integrate it into the overall framework of risk analysis. Focus on open, democratic and multi-directional information exchange.
