用循环伏安法研究了柠檬酸对Zn-Fe合金电沉积的影响,结果表明,镀液中加入柠檬酸后使Zn-Fe合金电沉积的阴极极化增大。从含有柠檬酸的Zn-Fe合金镀液中获得的Zn-Fe合金镀层的阳极溶解峰与纯Zn镀层、从简单盐中获得的Zn-Fe合金镀层相比,其峰电位正移,使Zn-Fe合金的耐蚀性提高。
The effect of citric acid on the electrodeposition of Zn-Fe alloy was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that the cathodic polarization of Zn-Fe alloy electrodeposited by adding citric acid to the bath increased. The anodic dissolution peak of the Zn-Fe alloy coating obtained from the Zn-Fe alloy bath containing citric acid is shifted positively compared with that of the pure Zn coating and the Zn-Fe alloy coating obtained from the simple salt, and the Zn The corrosion resistance of the -Fe alloy is improved.
