目的探讨超声或CT校正X线眼内异物定位时因眼轴长短变化引起的定位误差。方法测出X线异物定位有关数据,再用超声(眼外异物用CT)测量出眼轴长度及异物距眼球壁之间的距离,绘于定位图进行校正。结果本组122例经手术证实校正后异物位置与手术所见完全符合,而单用X线定位符合率仅为84%。结论超声及CT校正眼内异物X线定位能真实再现眼球大小及异物与眼球壁之间的位置关系,从而为临床手术提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the localization error caused by the change of axial length when the foreign body in X-ray with ultrasound or CT is corrected. Methods The data of X-ray foreign body localization were measured. Then the length of the axial length and the distance between the foreign body and the eyeball wall were measured by ultrasound (extra-corporeal foreign body CT), and then plotted on the positioning map for correction. Results The group of 122 cases confirmed by surgery after correction of foreign body position and surgical findings in full compliance with the single X-ray positioning coincidence rate of only 84%. Conclusion Ultrasound and CT correction of intraocular foreign body X-ray positioning can truly reproduce the eyeball size and the relationship between the foreign body and the wall of the eyeball, thus providing a reliable basis for clinical surgery.
