随着市场经济的飞速发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,越来越多的企业管理者都已经认识到了加强成本管理的重要性,很多的企业管理者在企业内部都已经采用了成本精细化管理的方法,其中电力企业作为关系到我国民生问题的企业,更应该对成本进行精细化的管理,提高电力企业的成本管理水平。本文从成本精细化管理的基本理论出发,分析了现阶段电力企业成本管理的现状,并提出了几点电力企业实施成本精细化管理的合理化建议,目的在于提高电力成本精细化管理的水平,促进电力企业获得可持续的发展。
With the rapid development of market economy, the competition among enterprises is getting fiercer and fiercer.
