近年来,随着现代化社会发展水平的不断提高及科学技术的进步发展,我国中小企业的发展速度不断加快,一定程度上有效促进了我国社会的进步及国民经济发展速度的提升。因此,在中小企业人才开发到实际工作中,要针对人才开发期间的常见问题,采取有效的管理措施,促进其水平的提高。基于此,就中小企业人才开发存在的问题及相应对策展开论述。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the development level of modern society and the advancement and development of science and technology, the development speed of SMEs in our country has been accelerating. To a certain extent, this has effectively promoted the progress of our society and the improvement of the national economy. Therefore, in the development of SME talent to actual work, we must take effective management measures to promote the improvement of the common problems during the talent development. Based on this, we discuss the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures in the development of SMEs.
