目的研究p40(△Np63)在不同乳腺病变中肌上皮细胞的表达情况,探讨p40(△Np63)在乳腺肌上皮细胞诊断中的价值。方法应用免疫组化En Vision法检测正常乳腺组织、腺病、普通性导管增生、非典型导管增生、导管原位癌及浸润性导管癌中p40(△Np63)和p63的表达,并比较两者间的差异。结果 p40(△Np63)和p63均表达于正常乳腺组织、腺病、普通性导管增生、非典型导管增生和导管原位癌中的肌上皮细胞,p40(△Np63)和p63在这些病变的肌上皮细胞的阳性率相同,差异不显著(P>0.05);在浸润性导管癌中均未见p40(△Np63)和p63的表达。仅p40(△NP63)的表达强度略高于p63,但有轻度的背景染色。结论 p40(△Np63)可作为诊断乳腺肌上皮细胞的标记物,与p63具有相同的染色效果。
Objective To study the expression of p40 (△ Np63) in myoepithelial cells in different breast lesions and to investigate the value of p40 (△ Np63) in the diagnosis of mammary myoepithelial cells. Methods The expression of p40 (△ Np63) and p63 in normal breast tissues, adenosis, common ductal hyperplasia, atypical ductal hyperplasia, ductal carcinoma in situ and invasive ductal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry En Vision method. Results Both p40 (△ Np63) and p63 were expressed in myofibroblasts in normal breast tissues, adenosis, common ductal hyperplasia, atypical ductal hyperplasia and ductal carcinoma in situ, p40 (△ Np63) The positive rate of epithelial cells was the same with no significant difference (P> 0.05). No expression of p40 (△ Np63) and p63 were found in invasive ductal carcinoma. The expression intensity of p40 (△ NP63) was slightly higher than that of p63 but with mild background staining. Conclusion p40 (△ Np63) can be used as a marker for the diagnosis of mammary epithelial cells and has the same staining effect as p63.
