In early 2009, our city was identified as one of the first 82 national-level pioneering cities in China by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. In April 2010, the Ministry of Science and Technology approved Baoji as a national innovative pilot city. Over the past few years, our city earnestly carried out the construction of a pioneering and innovative city and achieved remarkable results.
