3月28日,重庆市首个群团公益基金会——重庆江北区群团公益基金会成立,这是重庆市群团改革试点工作的一大创举,旨在撬动企业、社会组织、志愿者等各方力量,提高群团工作覆盖面,让更多市民享受群团改革带来的红利。当天,该基金会募集认捐金额及物资770多万元,基金会总资产近1200万元。据悉,该基金会主要业务范围包括资助未纳入政府购买服务的群团特色服务项目、未纳入区级民生实事的群团服务项目、孵化和培育社会组织、救助特殊困难群体等。此外,该基金会还将进一步拓展公益基金募集渠道,加强与各类慈善组织、公益性社会组织的联系合作,采取义演、义卖、义拍、义展等多种方式募集资金。
