“微商”是大数据和网络信息化时代下,电子商务的发展和移动社交网络高度普及相结合而孕育的产物,是一种全新的电商模式。从产生到短时间内的迅速崛起,展示了其前所未有的生命力和巨大的发展前景。而作为新生事物,“微商”模式也正面临着诸多的问题,及时进行市场规范刻不容缓。本文从“微商”的兴起入手,分析其所存在的现实问题,从而提出相应的市场规范对策。
Micro Business is a brand new e-commerce model under the background of big data and network information age, the combination of the development of e-commerce and the high popularity of mobile social network. From its birth to its rapid rise within a short period of time, it demonstrated its unprecedented vitality and tremendous development prospects. As a new thing, “micro-business ” model is also facing many problems, timely market regulation without delay. This article starts from the rise of “micro-commerce ” and analyzes the existing problems in reality so as to put forward corresponding measures of market regulation.
