财务管理是工商管理学科的核心课程,它是会计学、金融学与管理学的有机结合。财务管理教学方法的选择和运用会直接影响教学的效果,财务管理教学内容也随着管理环境的变化不断创新,这些都说明了财务管理教学改革的必要性和复杂性。针对本科阶段财务管理教学中学生学习的现状,本文从课堂外的准备措施和课堂内的实践两个角度提出了改进本科阶段财务管理教学的措施。
Financial management is the core course of business administration, which is an organic combination of accounting, finance and management. The selection and application of teaching methods of financial management will directly affect the teaching effect. The teaching content of financial management also innovates constantly with the change of management environment, which shows the necessity and complexity of teaching reform of financial management. In view of the status quo of undergraduates in financial management undergraduate education, this paper puts forward measures to improve the undergraduate management of financial management from two aspects: preparation outside the classroom and practice in the classroom.
