随着时代的进步和科技的发展,职后教育对体育教育专业教师的个人及体育事业的发展有着极其重要的影响,职前教育已不能满足现代社会高速发展的需要,教师职后教育显得尤为重要。体育院系教师在培养各类体育人才中扮演重要的角色,更加需要不断进行职后教育。但是,目前高校体育教育专业教师的职后教育现状不容乐观。本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、逻辑分析法、现场访谈法、数理统计法等心理学、教育学相关理论,对四川省高等体育院系体育教师职后教育现状进行分析,力图了解其基本情况。
