党的十五届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进党的作风建设的决定》,明确提出了党的作风建设的指导思想、总体要求、核心问题、重点内容和落实措施,体现了江泽民同志“七一”重要讲话的精神,代表了全党的强烈要求,表达了全国人民的迫切愿望。为了帮助广大干部把握和理解《决定》精神,我们特约请北京有关方面高层专家学者编写了若干个问题的解答,供大家学习时参考。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening and Improving the Style of Work of the Party” passed at the 6th Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee clearly points out the guiding ideology, general requirements, core issues, key contents and implementation measures of the party’s style construction, Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important speech on “July 1” represents the strong demand of the entire party and expresses the urgent aspiration of the people throughout the country. In order to help the cadres to grasp and understand the spirit of “decision,” we specially invite relevant experts and scholars from Beijing to compile a number of questions for reference when we learn from each other.
