上海有一项4000户入户调查,结果显示有99%的人不愿当工人;中国青年报社会调查中心与新浪新闻中心则对人们为什么不愿当工人进行了调查。结果显示,收入低并非唯一原因,“工作不够体面”、“职业上升空间不足”、“工作环境艰苦”和“劳心者治人、劳力者治于人”的传统观念,是人们视当工人为畏途的其它几大原因。在对当工人“不”声一片时,辽宁省大连市却是另一番景象。大连市总工会推出了许多新举措,核心点就是把一度失落的政治地位,还给普通工人,让他们在有尊严的劳动中,感受劳动的快乐、发展的前景。
A survey of 4,000 households in Shanghai shows that 99% of people do not want to be workers. China Youth Daily Social Investigation Center and Sina News Center have investigated why people are unwilling to be workers. The results show that low income is not the only reason, “not enough work”, “insufficient space for career advancement”, “hard work environment” and “people who are hard-working and labor-based” The concept is one of the other major reasons why people treat workers for fear. When the workers “no ” sound one, Dalian, Liaoning Province, it is another story. Dalian Federation of Trade Unions launched many new initiatives, the core point is to once lost the political status, to ordinary workers, so that they have the dignity of labor, feel the joy of labor, the prospects for development.
